First, preheat oven to 350°F and gather all of the ingredients.
Cover a backing sheet with a piece of parchment double the size of the pan. Start putting cheese in the shape of a 4''x4'' square.
Next, sprinkle a light coating of Italian seasoning and garlic powder on the cheese square. (season to taste)
Next, fold the parchment paper over to cover the top with parchment paper as well. Do not
put pressure on the cheese and try and flatten it.
Cook for about 2 minutes or until the cheese has melted together. Remove from oven and flip the whole parchment paper.
Cook another 1 minute and remove from oven when edges start to brown.
After that, let cool for 2 minutes so cheese is still warm but not hot. Adding desired amount of pizza sauce in strips on one side of the cheese square.
Next, add the pizza toppings. I used pepperoni but you can add whatever your favorite pizza topping is.
Roll the cheese up with the toppings in the middle.
I put a toothpick to hold it in place. You can remove the toothpick after 2-3 minutes, as the cheese cools.
