I start the recipe by getting all of my ingredients together and prepping them. In this case, measuring out the milk and oats as well as dicing up the apples.
Next, prep the pan and oven. Distribute the liners you are using into the pan and preheat the oven to 350°F.
Then, you need to turn 1 cup of the oats into oat flour in your food processor or blender.
After that, you should have 2 bowls of oats. 1 cup of whole oats and 1 cup of oat flour from the previous step.
Next, add all the main ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Both cups of oats, 2 eggs,
apples, and protein powder.
Now, you can start adding the smaller ingredients. First is 1 tsp of baking powder.
Then, add 1½ tbsp of cinnamon.
Add 2 tbsp of Honey.
Finally, add the 1 cup of milk.
Mix everything together until well blended.
Divide the batter between 10-12 muffin tins, filling them all the way to the top.
Bake for 16-18 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick can be inserted in the center and come out clean.
