  • 2 Cups Rolled oats
  • ¼ Cup Protein Powder of Choice Vanilla or Salted Caramel
  • 2 Large Apple (Diced and Seeded) Pink Lady or Macintosh
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Milk of Choice
  • Tbsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder

  • I start the recipe by getting all of my ingredients together and prepping them. In this case, measuring out the milk and oats as well as dicing up the apples.
  • Next, prep the pan and oven. Distribute the liners you are using into the pan and preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Then, you need to turn 1 cup of the oats into oat flour in your food processor or blender.
  • After that, you should have 2 bowls of oats. 1 cup of whole oats and 1 cup of oat flour from the previous step.
  • Next, add all the main ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Both cups of oats, 2 eggs,
    apples, and protein powder.
  • Now, you can start adding the smaller ingredients. First is 1 tsp of baking powder.
  • Then, add 1½ tbsp of cinnamon.
  • Add 2 tbsp of Honey.
  • Finally, add the 1 cup of milk.
  • Mix everything together until well blended.
  • Divide the batter between 10-12 muffin tins, filling them all the way to the top.
  • Bake for 16-18 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick can be inserted in the center and come out clean.
