Homemade taco hot pockets with Beef, cheese and biscuits.
Its taco Tuesday! But my kids are complaining about eating the same old tacos again!
I already thawed and started browning the meat when I found out that everyone was tired of tacos. (not me.)
I found a can of biscuits in the fridge and taco pockets were made and loved by all.

Step by Step Instructions:
How to Make Taco Pockets
First, gather all of the ingredients for taco pockets.

Don’t forget the taco seasoning. Cook ground meat using directions on seasoning packet.

Open the biscuits and separate.

Flatten the raw biscuit with a roller and try and keep the circle shape.

Un-stick flattened biscuit from the surface.

Add taco meat and cheese to flattened biscuit but leave room to fold over.

Fold the biscuit in half, pinching the open edges together.

Use a fork to crimp the edges that was just pinched together. Be gentle not to make holes in the biscuit.

Gently place the folded biscuit into air fryer and cook for 3-5 minutes on 350°f.

Check frequently and shake basket to prevent sticking after 2 minutes of cooking. Should come out golden brown, remember that the inside is already cooked and we only need to cook the biscuit shell.

I cooked these about 3½ minutes in my air fryer.

My kids are picky so I only added taco meat and cheese but there are so many more ingredients to add and combos to try. What kind of taco pocket did you make?
