Pepperoni pizza roll ups are a great low carb pizza recipe with all your favorite toppings. Excellent keto pizza option that is quick and easy.
Pepperoni Pizza Roll Ups
Since I was a little kid, Friday night has always been pizza night. As a family, we would all argue about what topping we would get on the pizza and usually end up getting one plain pizza and one pepperoni or sausage.
I try and be prepared with a low carb pizza recipe on hand when everyone else is ordering pizza and fries while I’m trying to stay keto.
This recipe is super easy to make and can be done in 5 minutes for a quick meal or snack. This recipe is for pepperoni pizza but you can add whatever pizza topping you like.
Not to mention, the cheese and toppings are the best part and now I don’t have to feel guilty when I eat all the cheese and toppings and leave the pizza dough shell.

How to Make Pepperoni Pizza Roll Ups
First, preheat oven to 350°F and gather all of the ingredients.

Cover a baking sheet with a piece of parchment double the size of the pan. Start putting cheese in the shape of a 4”x4” square.

Next, sprinkle a light coating of Italian seasoning and garlic powder on each cheese square. (season to taste)

Next, fold the parchment paper over to cover the cheese Do not put pressure on the cheese and try to flatten it.

Cook for about 2 minutes or until the cheese has melted together. Remove from oven and flip the whole parchment paper.

Cook another 1 minute and remove when edges start to brown.

After that, let cool for 2 minutes so the cheese is still warm but not hot. Start adding the desired amount of pizza sauce in strips on one side of the cheese square.

Next, add the pizza toppings. I used pepperoni but you can add whatever your favorite pizza topping is.

Roll the cheese up with the toppings in the middle.

I put a toothpick to hold it in place. You can remove the toothpick after 2-3 minutes, as the cheese cools.

Oh wow, indeed taco made from cheese, pretty awesome 🙂
They work great with other kinds of cheese too. I used a Mexican blend cheese last week and put taco meat in it. Now that was delicious 👌
What a great idea 🙂 Yummy 🙂
